New Providence does not keep any personal information from the public other than that given in emails to this site. This comprises of name and email address which are kept only as long as it takes to deal with the subject content, so that acknowledgements and replies can be sent. Once dealt with, the name and email address are deleted. However, if you wish us to keep subject information and your details for future reference, you must notify us in an email. This notification will be stored for twelve months at which point we will contact you to see if you wish us to continue to store it or have it deleted.
